Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During high-demand periods or holidays, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Shipping Time:

• India: 3–7 business days

• International: 7–14 business days (varies by location)

Shipping Charges:

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.

• International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

Delays:
Unforeseen delays (weather, customs, or courier issues) are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience.

Wrong Address:
Please double-check your shipping details. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.

Cash On Delivery Guidelines: 

• Do not share the OTP unless the courier arrives at your doorstep. Some agents misuse it to cancel delivery and claim return charges from us.
• If unavailable, request delivery for the next day—never share the OTP in your absence.
•  Avoid mid-way cancellations, as we incur COD, forward, and return shipping costs. Parcels also remain with the courier for up to 15 days.
