Refund policy

We always try our best to make sure that you love our product as much as we loved making it for you.
However, we’d be happy to exchange any item that if there is some defects , within same day from the date of delivery.

Please Note: 
SALE products cannot be exchanged.
ACCESSORIES cannot be exchanged.
Customised items cannot be exchanged

we try to deliver the matching scarf in Nida or zoom fabric, if different colour is delivered we can’t exchange or return the product because  hijab is just complementary and we are not taking extra money for hijab.

once the order is placed, order will not be cancelled.
